A few weeks ago, I shared some behind the scenes via Instagram about our Cookbook Club and I got several messages asking what we do and how we figure out what we are cooking so I decided to write a little blog post to help answer all your questions. First off, I want to mention that I joined the group recently so I have not been in the club as long as of the other girls but I can definitely share some great tips if you have been thinking of starting your cookbook club with your girlfriends!
Read MoreChicken Pad Thai is easily one of my top ten favorite meals and I am excited to share this easy Chicken Pad Thai recipe with you today. This would be a great dish for a quick weeknight dinner or even to bring for a potluck type dinner. I only use one package of Lotus Foods Pad Thai noodles and it sure did make a lot!
Read MoreI am a total creature of habit and thrive off of organization and routine. I often get asked how I am able to do everything I do on top of working a full time job and I really owe a lot of that to being consistent with my Sunday routine. It makes our week seem to run so much smoother and when we don't have chaos, I am a much happier mama which is a plus for all involved! But don't think for a second that I don't fail every SINGLE day and that beyond what you see on my blog or Instagram, my life isn't just as messy as anyone else and giving myself a lot of grace is the only way I am able to keep going.

I had the pleasure to co-host a Tulsa Blogger Brunch with West Elm Tulsa and then I hosted a fun shopping event with Athleta Tulsa. I love having an opportunity to hang out with other local bloggers to network and chat about what is happening with everyone and brainstorm fun ideas for collaborations with each other.
Read MoreOn Sundays, I normally do my meal prep for the week and this weekend, I decided to do a little pancake hack using my muffin pans to make mini pancake bites for the boys for a quick and easy breakfast before school. I have a recipe I like to make from scratch which I will share at the very bottom of this post or you could easily use a box mix as well. One of my favorite box mixes is actually the Market Pantry brand from Target. It is so good and always comes out super fluffy.

Now, these are just a few of the ways I make my snack boxes but the options are endless.

Read MoreOver the weekend, I had a few hours to myself to get some errands and a little shopping done and it was glorious friends! As mamas, we are always so busy taking care of others that we often leave little time to take care of ourselves and one of my goals for 2018 is to focus more on self-care and being more consistent with my workout regiment.
Read MoreI been sharing some of my favorite ways that I like to use my essential oils via Instagram (@theoilersqud) and one of my favorite combos is what I call my Anthro Bomb. It's a Anthropologie hack from their famous volcano candle and because I use this combo so often, I actually combine all the oils needed and added them into a 2oz dropper bottle for easy diffusing and then I wouldn't have to have all the oils out or on hand.
Read MoreThis past weekend, I attended a Tulsa Influencer Event at Barre 3 + Blo Blow Dry Bar hosted by my friend Carissa of CC and Mike Creative. I have never taken a class at Barre 3 and I was excited to give the class a try and let me tell you, it was a good WORKOUT and I think I may still be sore from it which is always a good sign that I was hopefully doing it right. I wasn't sure what to expect going in and but I really enjoyed the class.
