Today on the blog, I am so excited to share my Pantry Organization reveal with you today! As I mentioned before, I love organizing in general and I keep it pretty neat and clean around the house but the pantry is a totally different story. When we built this home almost 5 year ago, one of my favorite parts was how big the pantry was but with more space, it quickly got cluttered and I never felt like I had a good flow or system on how everything was placed hence the amazing gals from Stay Golden Organizing to the rescue! I have never worked with a professional organizer team so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the process was very simple. We first did a quick consultation appointment to talk about the space and how it could function the best for our family then we came up with a budget for this transformation and the girls of Stay Golden Organizing got to work on a game plan for the pantry and I have to say, they did an amazing job! The space feels so more much spacious and the flow makes a lot more sense for how we need to utilize our pantry.

Of course with any project, it has to get messy before it can get organized so here a look at my pantry before we got started. I feel like I had good organizing baskets and bins but I just wasn’t using them to their fullest potential.

The first step of getting my pantry organized was completely taking everything out and figuring out what we wanted to put back into the pantry, what we could purge and what food items were expired that we could get rid of. This really was the perfect time for me finally donate some kitchen items that I have been storing in my pantry so it could go to better use.

Once we sorted and figured out everything that was going to go back into the pantry, that is when the magic happened. Prior to the girls from Stay Golden putting the pantry back together, they made sure every shelf was cleaned and vacuumed.

Pantry Organization Reveal

Ta da! I absolutely love how my pantry turned out and how it functions so much better for our family! The clutter is gone and it is much easier for us to see what actual food items we have in the pantry which will help make my grocery shopping more efficient. Also, can talk about all the labels? That definitely completed the look in my new organized pantry and I also love that they were very thoughtful on what they labeled to give us flexibility to change items up and not to be stuck with a particular item. One of my most favorite parts is how they displayed all my paper products because we love to entertain often and it makes it so simple to use the turntables on our island for when we are serving and then easily put them back in the pantry. I am so happy on how everything turned out and I am just hoping we can continue to keep it organized. Fingers crossed.
