As most of you know if you been following along with me for awhile, then you know I work a full time job outside the home and spend most of days at the office. A routine that I have adapted for quite some time is preparing Snack Boxes for me to eat sometimes for lunch or I tend to have a little craving around 3:00pm and instead of eating junk food, I will eat my snack box with healthier options and today, I wanted to share some of my ideas with you!
